Last updated: 30 September 2026

Pumps Only is run by Corey-Jay Eyndhoven ("we", "us" or "our"). We are committed to privacy protection and understand the importance of keeping personal information private and secure. This Privacy Policy describes how we manage personal information on this website, through the Pumps Only ebook and in our emails (together, the Service). It forms part of our Terms of Use.

We care about your privacy.

We will never rent, trade or sell your email address to anyone.

We will never publicly display your email address or other personal details that identify you.

The Australian Privacy Principles

We treat all personal information in accordance with any and all obligations that are binding on us under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act). The Privacy Act sets out 13 key principles for the collection and treatment of personal information, called the Australian Privacy Principles.

What personal information we collect

We only collect what we need to send you the program and our emails:

We do not ask for your name, date of birth, address, phone number, payment details or any health information.

The Service is open to all ages. If you are under 18, please get your parent or guardian's permission before you sign up. A parent or guardian can ask us to delete a child's email address at any time by replying to any email we have sent, and we will delete it.

What we don't do

Cookies and browser storage

Our pages set no cookies of their own. Cloudflare, which hosts this website, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from bots. If you use "Wrong email? Fix it" after signing up, the address you entered is kept in your browser tab's session storage so the form can refill it; it stays on your device and is deleted when you close the tab.

How we use your personal information

Your personal information may be used to:

From time to time we may email you with news, information and offers relating to our own products and services. This is to keep you informed of products, services and special offers we believe you will find valuable. If you would prefer not to receive them, every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who handles your information

We use the following providers to run the Service. We do not sell your data.

Kit (kit.com)Receives your email address, the sign-up page and referring page, sign-up and confirmation times, IP address, and email opens and clicks. Used to hold our email list and send our emails.
Cloudflare (cloudflare.com)Receives your IP address and basic browser details when you load the website. Used to host, deliver and protect the website.

When we may disclose your personal information

We may also disclose your personal information to:

We take reasonable steps to ensure these organisations are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to your personal information.

Storage and security of your personal information

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the information you provide us and take all reasonable precautions to protect it from unauthorised use or alteration. Your information is stored electronically with our providers, who operate their own infrastructure. Kit and Cloudflare store and process data outside Australia, including in the United States. By using the Service you consent to that transfer. We take reasonable steps to ensure our providers protect your information to a comparable standard.

Third party websites

The ebook and our emails link to other websites, including other creators' videos on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. We recommend that you read the privacy statement of any website you visit. This Privacy Policy applies to the Service only, and we assume no responsibility for the content of any third party website.

Access to your personal information

In most cases, you may have access to the personal information we hold about you. We will handle requests for access in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and deal with them as quickly as possible. We will not charge you a fee for asking. In some cases we may refuse access, for example where giving access would be unlawful, would have an unreasonable impact on another person's privacy, or would prejudice an investigation of unlawful activity. If we refuse, we will give you our reasons.

Correcting your personal information

We will amend any personal information about you that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date if you ask us to. If we disagree with your view about the accuracy of a record and you ask us to note your view on it, we will take reasonable steps to do so.

Your rights

You have the right to:

We respond to requests within a reasonable time and in any case within the period required by law.

From 10 June 2025, under Australian law, individuals may seek compensation for serious invasions of privacy (for example, misuse of personal information or unauthorised surveillance). If you believe your privacy has been seriously breached, you may have the right to take legal action in addition to lodging a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). The OAIC now has enhanced powers, including civil penalties and broader investigation authority.

Complaints and oversight

We take privacy complaints seriously. If you would like more information about how we manage your personal information, or are concerned that we may have breached your privacy, contact us first by replying to any email we have sent you. If you are dissatisfied with how we handle it, you may lodge a complaint with the OAIC, which has powers to investigate and enforce compliance under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Prohibited use of information

We do not permit the use of any personal information obtained through the Service for unlawful purposes, including doxxing (the malicious sharing of personal information to cause harm), which is a criminal offence under Australian law.

Data breaches

If a data breach involving your personal information is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify you and the OAIC, as required by law.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

From time to time we may need to revise this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be in accordance with the Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles. We may notify you of changes by posting an updated version on this website.
