Pumps Only is run by Corey-Jay Eyndhoven ("we", "us" or "our"). This disclaimer applies to this website, the Pumps Only ebook, our emails and anything else we publish (together, the Service), and forms part of our Terms of Use.

We are not your doctor

Pumps Only provides general fitness information for a general audience. Nothing in the Service is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing in it is personalised to your circumstances, your medical history or your condition.

No relationship of doctor and patient, dietitian and client, or health practitioner and patient is created by your use of the Service. Corey-Jay Eyndhoven is not acting as your medical or allied health practitioner.

You should obtain clearance from a qualified medical practitioner before starting any program in the Service, and particularly if you:

What the program involves

Pumps Only is a 4-day gym program of resistance training: weighted and bodyweight exercises using machines, cables, free weights and gym equipment, including exercises shown in videos by other creators. Strenuous physical exercise carries a real risk of injury, illness or, in rare cases, death. Risks include muscle and joint injury, strains, sprains, falls, dropped weights, equipment failure, cardiac events and heat illness.

You assume the risk

You participate voluntarily and at your own risk. You are solely responsible for deciding whether an activity is safe for you on any given day, for using correct technique, for choosing appropriate loads, and for your surroundings and equipment. Warm up first, nail the movement before you add weight, and train within your limits.

If you are under 18, get your parent or guardian's permission before starting the program. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children's training.

Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you feel pain, chest tightness, breathlessness beyond normal exertion, dizziness, faintness, nausea or anything else that concerns you. Do not "push through".

Exercises from other creators

Many exercises in the program were first shown by other creators, and the program links to their original videos. Exercise credits go to those creators. We do not control their videos or accounts, and the way an exercise is performed in a video may not be right for you. View counts and quotes describe the original videos and our own tests, not results you will get.

No reliance

Our materials are intended to be solely informative and general in nature. No professional, clinician-patient or therapeutic relationship exists between us and you. The Service is not intended to provide, or be a substitute for, medical, psychological, psychiatric, health, therapeutic or counselling advice, nor is it intended to be a medical or healthcare service. We are not responsible for any outcomes from accessing or using our materials, and you should always rely on qualified professionals for health care or clinical decisions and advice.

We make no promise of any result. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, and any testimonial, before-and-after image or case study we share is one person's experience and is not typical or guaranteed. You are responsible for deciding whether our materials are suitable for your individual purposes, and any reliance on the information, content, materials or resources in the Service is at your own risk.

Use at your own risk

You use and access the Service at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no representations or warranties about our materials, and we exclude all liability for any loss, injury or damage arising from your use of the Service, as set out in our Terms of Use. Nothing in this disclaimer alters any protection available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
